Our goal at Machine Device is to fabricate custom machines and fixturing to assist your business in running more efficiently.

We offer design, fabrication, and consulting for all your equipment needs.

One of our specialties is welding in all forms (tig; heli-arc; mig; plasma; and resistance) on all metal types, and plastic bonding using RF and Ultrasonic welders.  Machine Device has also made custom automated welders for many different types of applications (including medical component manufacturing).

Machine Device has a complete machine shop facility, with a full compliment of equipment and tooling.  We have access to CNC and EDM machines for more complicated and repetitive projects.  Machine Device also maintains a full assortment of sheet metal, aluminum, stainless steel, and popular plastics.  This along with more than 50k in machinery components in-house assures a quick turn-around on most projects.

Our design department has multiple state-of-the-art work stations, running both “SolidWorks” and “AutoCAD” 3D modeling software.  We offer full documentation with every project we complete.  We also can come in and document existing equipment (without removing it from the premises) to provide the customer with the necessary documentation for today’s strict manufacturing compliance needs.

We also do electrical and electronic control designs for new and existing equipment.
